I placed my order, when will it ship?
Most order ship out within 1-2 days and you will receive a confirmation once the order is on its way.

One of the items in my order is wrong or needs to be returned.
All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from us to receive a credit, refund or exchange. Please see the shipping information page for the complete return policy of Dark Forest Gifts.

Who can order from Dark Forest Gifts?
Everyone is welcome here, Come one come all! But you must be 18 years of age or older to order any Bladed or Security item we offer.

What is a low order fee?
We are deeply appreciative of any order you are generous to give us here at DFG, but unfortunately with shipping and order processing we had to request a minim order. So our choices were; Refuse all orders under $25.00 or request a minimum order.
We want everyone to be at home here, so the decision was to require all order under $25.00 incur a fee.
It allow us to offer the products and at the prices we do. If you have any other questions about this or anything please don't hesitate, let me know by email or phone.

I heard there are discounts available and rewards for returning customers?
Yes! We offer specials all the time, and I hear that maybe if you signup to our twitter account or on our blog you will find all about that.
And to our returning friends we always want to let them know how much we appreciate them, by various means. :)
