SHIPPING SERVICES: Items are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
Some larger orders may be shipped UPS ground in order to save our customers money.
Fedex is possible upon request under special circumstances.
Product returns, refunds, exchanges or credits must be approved within 7 days of product delivery.
All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from us to receive a credit, refund or exchange.
Please email us at email@example.com to receive an RMA number.
The RMA process takes approximately 1-2 days.
When shipping a return, please be sure to include all of the product's parts, all of the original packaging, and all of the manuals and paperwork which were included in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for return postage.
If a replacement is required it can only be shipped after we receive and process your returned product.
Packages should be returned in unused condition for a credit or refund of the purchase price a 10% restocking fee could be assessed if product is not returned with in guidelines.
